As a non-profit, we still have to function with ‘business’ in mind to create a sustainable future for our chapter and its membership. This area of opportunity helps to find viable revenue sources, create partnerships with the local business community, and in some cases run subsequent business ventures.

• Zombie Contagion Haunted House – six month long small business raising over $50,000 for the chapter.

• World Class Wednesdays – 8 to 10  week music series at Peninsula Town Center with beer, wine and liquor sales

• TidewaterBiz Lunch & Learn Series – sponsor of young professional development book series and training

Tradition has shown outstanding support, hosting events for the whole community. Specifically, for the Peninsula SPCA, the Dog Kissing Booth, not only helping to raise money for the shelter, but also providing an environment where adoptable dogs could be present and shown off.
